These terms cover your use of Smarter Week and HourLeak. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

HourLeak is a survey and report about how work time is spent. Reports include estimates of time that could be saved, calculated from respondents’ own answers. They are estimates, not guarantees. Recommendations are general guidance; check that any tool you adopt fits your company’s policies, security and legal obligations.

Team scans

• A team scan is a one-time purchase for the stated number of respondents. It stays open for 60 days.
• You agree to tell respondents the survey is anonymous and voluntary, and not to pressure anyone to reveal their answers or personal report.
• You won’t try to identify individual respondents from the report.

Refunds

If fewer than 3 people complete your survey, ask within 60 days and we’ll refund you in full.

Acceptable use

Don’t enter confidential client information, health records or other sensitive personal data in free-text answers. Don’t misuse, scrape or attack the service.

Data and research

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymous data to publish research and improve recommendations.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
