HourLeak · the 8-minute work audit
Find the hours your team loses every week.
Everyone answers a short, guided survey on their phone. You find out where the week goes (busywork, meetings, clunky software) and which AI, automation and process fixes would win it back.
Answers are anonymous. Leaders only see team totals.See a sample team report →What’s your AI level? 60-second quiz →

Everyone taps through in 8 minutes
No blank boxes. People pick their role and tap the tasks they do, then say how long each takes and how much they dislike it.
Get the plan
Everyone gets a personal report on the spot. Once 3 people finish, you get the team report and a 30-day plan.
What it measures
Not just “do you use ChatGPT?”
AI is a big part of working smarter, but it isn’t all of it. HourLeak looks at the whole week.
Repetitive work
The tasks people do every week, how long each takes and how much they hate it.
Meetings
How many, how many hours, how many are worth it, and what’s wrong with the rest.
Software
What people use all day, what’s a pain, where data is typed twice and where tools overlap.
AI
Which tools and models people use, who pays for them, whether they’re current, and what’s holding people back.
For every role
From the corner office to the warehouse floor
Over 110 roles, each with the tasks people in that job really do. A nurse sees charting and handovers, a technician sees job sheets and parts runs, and an accountant sees month-end. Then each gets fixes that fit their job.
Pricing
One small payment. No subscription.

Questions
- Can I see what each person said?
- No. You see team totals, and any group smaller than 3 people is never shown on its own. Open-text answers are rewritten so nobody can be identified. People are told this on the first screen, which is why they answer honestly.
- Where do the hour and dollar figures come from?
- From your team’s own answers: how often each task happens and how long it takes, multiplied by a conservative estimate of what each fix saves. They are estimates, not guarantees, and the report says so.
- Is it only about AI?
- No. About half the fixes are plain automation, a feature in software you already pay for, or a process change such as cutting a meeting. AI is one tool among several.
- Which AI tools does it know about?
- Over 100, from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot to all-in-one apps like Poe and Perplexity, internal company chatbots, and open-source models run in-house. We update the list every month.
- Does it work for people who aren’t at a desk?
- Yes. Frontline roles in healthcare, trades, manufacturing, warehouses, retail and education have their own tasks and fixes, and the survey is built to be done on a phone.
